Notes

The Star Spangled Banner is performed by an unknown person on a pennywhistle.
According to Deadbase, Hard To Handle & Casey Jones were played after
Morning Dew, Me & My Uncle & Cold Rain & Snow were played after Mama Tried,
and High Time was played after Next Time You See Me. There is a noticeable
popping noise throughout most of the recording that is almost certainly from
the reel recorder. It is faint, though, and seemingly dissipates as each
reel is used up. There is a minor dropout during the second portion of Dark
Star.
